We offer professional massage and holistic therapies including relaxation massage, remedial massage, aromatherapy, and energy-based treatments. These are for therapeutic purposes only.
2. Client Health & Safety
Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or other relevant health information before your treatment. This ensures we can provide safe and appropriate care.
3. Code of Conduct
Respectful behavior is expected at all times. Any inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the session and may be reported.
4. Bookings & Cancellations
– Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
– Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee.
– No-shows may be charged the full session fee.
– Late arrivals may result in a shorter session, but the full fee will apply.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept [Eftpos, cash]. All prices are in AUD and include GST if applicable.
6. Liability
While all care is taken, Bellarine Massage & Holistic Therapies is not responsible for adverse outcomes unless due to proven negligence. You accept treatment at your own risk.
7. Privacy
Your personal information is handled confidentially in accordance with Australian privacy laws. We will never share your details without consent.
8. Minors
Clients under 18 must have parental consent or be accompanied by a guardian.
9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it’s not appropriate, if safety is a concern, or in cases of disrespectful behavior.
